GRAPHIC DESIGNER RECRUITMENT – EMIN VIETNAM
EMIN Vietnam – a multinational brand in the industrial sector – is currently looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team with the following details:
Work location: 203 Nguyen Ngoc Vu Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam
Employment type: Full-time (On-site)
Working hours: 08:00 AM – 17:30 PM (Monday – Friday), 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Saturday)
Probation period: 2 months
JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Responsibilities:
- Design product images based on provided briefs.
- Create 2D and 3D designs for communication campaigns; design exhibition booths and event materials; produce online and offline assets for sales campaigns.
- Prepare printing materials (brochures, banners, posters, flyers, etc.), and coordinate with vendors and printing suppliers when required.
- Design and format reports, documents, PowerPoint slides, and sales/training materials.
Job Requirements:
- Develop and maintain the visual identity of EMIN, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
- Take responsibility for the EMIN brand and related brands across all internal and external platforms, ensuring brand consistency across all assets.
- Support A/B testing, contribute campaign ideas, and participate in creative brainstorming to ensure designs align with objectives.
- Stay updated with design tools, technologies, and visual communication trends to improve product quality.
- Manage the creative process from concept to execution across multiple platforms while meeting deadlines and applying professional expertise when necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners, including printers and suppliers.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent certification).
- 1-2 years of professional design experience. Experience in industrial, engineering, or technology sectors is a plus.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop…). Knowledge of After Effects is an advantage.
- Submit CV with Portfolio demonstrating creativity, design thinking, and the ability to deliver visual solutions aligned with specific objectives.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and constantly updated on design trends and tools.
- Good communication and task management skills.
