Vibration analysis equipment set and assessment from manual and whole-body measurement systems according to ISO 5349 and ISO 2631
The Equipment Kit includes the following equipment:
- HD2070.K1 – 3-channel vibration analyzer
The K1 3-channel vibration analyzer for IEPE accelerometers complies with ISO 8041, ISO 2631, ISO 5349 and IEC 61260 standards.
• Measure the vibrations transmitted to the arm system and to the whole body with the Fa, Fc and Fz band filters and the Wb, Wc, Wd, We, Wj, Wk, Wh, Wm filters complying with the ISO 8041, ISO 2631 and ISO 5349 requirements.
  • Data recording function with 8 MB memory and SD card.
• Octave bands from 0.5 Hz to 2 kHz and third octave bands from 0.3 Hz to 3.2 kHz real-time spectral analysis of acceleration according to IEC 61260 with calculation of velocity and shift ("Spectral Analysis Options").
  • Statistical analysis with probability distribution plot, calculation and graphical display of percentage levels from L1 to L99 ("Statistical analysis options<").

- HD2030.124 – Hand-arm adapter
Hand-arm adapter includes:
• HD2030AC1: cube adapter for anatomical handles and small sized instruments. The adapter must be securely attached to the handle using a plastic cable tie or metal clip (included).
• HD2030AC2: adapter for cylindrical handle. The transducer is placed horizontally relative to the hand.
  • HD2030AC4: general purpose adapter. The accelerometer is placed between the index finger and middle finger or between the middle finger and ring finger.
