The ASH-6TB is a fully automatic carton sealer using the H-method. The sealed carton (in the regular “I” method) is fed into this machine, and the machine applies tape on the shorter edges. Both the top and bottom sides can be taped simultaneously or only one of the sides can be taped.
The ASH-6TB detects random box sizes and adapts automatically.
It can be integrated easily into automatic lines with PLC.
Low tape/no tape/no cut detections minimize failed cartons, reducing downtime.
