Introduction
This instrument is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of SH/ TO165-92 “High vacuum distillation method for high boiling point range of petroleum products” of the People’s Republic of China industry standard, which is suitable for the determination of the distillation range of petroleum products with high boiling point such as wax oil and lubricating oil.
Main technical features
1, the use of high-precision pressure sensor and digital pressure gauge to form a vacuum measurement display system, fully in line with the
SH/T O165-92 standard requirements.
2, the instrument is a bench structure, the heating power is continuously adjustable, and is equipped with a heating furnace cooling device, which can make the heating furnace cool quickly after the completion of a sample test.
3, the use of vacuum pump to form a vacuum suction system, vacuum vacuum decompression time is fast, the maximum residual pressure of 2mm Hg.
The main features are: using pressure sensor and digital meter instead of mercury U-shaped tube to detect negative pressure, the reading is intuitive and convenient, and solve the trouble of filling silver.
