2. Equipment characteristics
The company has accumulated a lot of experience in ion nitriding equipment and process, focusing on the reliability, stability and progressiveness of the equipment. The equipment mainly has the following technical features:
2.1 The vacuum furnace body manufacturing increases the aging process after welding, and the flange sealing surface is ground. It ensures that the sealing surface is not deformed for a long time, thus ensuring the vacuum sealing requirements.
2.2 The protection cut-off circuit is specially designed to automatically protect the equipment and parts in the furnace even if there is a short circuit between the anode and cathode.
2.3 The thyristor of the rectifier circuit of the power supply, the diode and the IGBT components of the pulse generation circuit all adopt imported modules, with simple circuit and reliable quality.
2.4 The operation buttons are equipped with mutual protection, which will not damage the equipment even if the operator misoperates.
2.5 The action control adopts solidified circuit, which has simple circuit and greatly improves the reliability.
2.6 Adaptive PID regulation is adopted for temperature and pressure control. Ensure the control accuracy and reduce the fluctuation of electrical parameters.
3. After sales service and technical service

4. Information provided before buying an ion nitriding furnace
4.1 The materials, technical requirements, pre and post process conditions of nitrided parts are convenient for determining a good nitriding process.
4.2 The sketch, weight and batch of nitriding parts are convenient for users to choose equipment power, furnace type and relevant dimensions of furnace body.
5. Necessary conditions for equipment use
5.1 50Hz380V three-phase AC power supply or customized voltage matching with ion nitriding furnace power.
5.2 Tap water or circulating cooling water (pressure ≥ 1.5 kg).
5.3 Nitriding gas source (ammonia is generally used).
5.4 Plant with a certain area and height.
