1.Customer’s requirements
Work parts: Chrome steel ball
Furnace for heat treatment process: bright quenching, tempering;
Quality: Chrome steel ball hardness difference is 2-4HRC for a
ame batch. Hardness different for the same steel ball is 1-1.5 HRC,
surface without decarburization and oxidation.
Productivity: 350kg~450kg/hour, ¢4~20mm
2.Specification
According to customer’s requirement, we recommend RCWG9-95*400*15
rotary resistance heat treatment furnace. The width of the mesh belt is 950*4000*15mm.
3. Main Features
3.1 The rotary resistance heat treatment furnace muffle furnace is comprised of charging machine,
rotary type cleaning machine, rotary type quenching furnace, net hopper type
quenching tank, net hopper cleaning machine, net hopper cooling machine,
net hopper tempering furnace, and electrical control system.
3.2 The rotary furnace heat treatment furnace adopts the transformer for low-voltage
heating. Each heating radiation tube is in parallel connection with the transformer,
which greatly increases the life of the radiation tubes.
3.3 The workparts are treated in the double-head drum type rotary furnace.
The parts are heated more evenly, and the muffle has a longer service life.
3.4 The salt bath furnace for heat treatment adopts drip-in atmosphere. The atmosphere
comes into the furnace through a gasifier and it is detected and controlled by the oxygen probe.
