1. Introduction of Mesh Belt Furnace
The furnace is used for batch solution heat treatment of aluminum alloy parts.
Mesh belt furnace is a furnace type that uses intermittent or continuous mesh belt driven by machinery to pass the workpiece through the temperature controlled heating zone and then meet the requirements of heat treatment process, which is collectively referred to as mesh belt furnace.
Mesh belt heating furnace: it is composed of feeding table, heating section, discharging table, hot air circulation, mesh belt transmission and temperature control system. It is mainly used for heating aluminum and copper bars before red stamping, annealing of castings, glass and products, tempering of small parts and other heat treatments.
Mesh belt controlled atmosphere heat treatment production line: the furnace is divided into no muffle and muffle. It is a production line unit composed of feeding machine, quenching furnace, quenching oil tank, hoist and tempering furnace.
