1. Features of Oil Fired Crucible Melting Furnace
1.1 The oil fired aluminum melting furnace adopts the advanced

consumption. The temperature control accuracy reaches ±5℃.
1.2The oil fired aluminum melting furnace is equipped with one
thermal couple protected by the silicon nitride outer pipe,
and this thermal couple could directly measure the aluminum liquid.
1.3 The oil fired aluminum melting furnace adopts European brand
graphite crucible, which has a good thermal conductivity,
a long life, and no iron hyperplasia.
1.4 The oil fired aluminum melting furnace lining is composed of the
casting material and the ceramic fiber module material,
which has the characteristics of good heat preservation effect, small
heat storage and fast heating rate. The wall
temperature rise is ≤ 40℃.

leak alarm, over-temperature alarm and other
